Project manager:

1. MTech/BTech in civil engineering from a recognized institution/university
2. Minimum 10 years experience in All types of civil work.
3. Should be well conversant with local code of practice.
4. Detailed knowledge of Tendering process , Rate analysis and cost estimation.
5. Should be able to verify as well as prepare bills and report it further to the management.
6. Management experience and strong planning skills using suitable software tools
7. Experience in Site planning and Site survey
8. Experience in developing B.O.Q for lump sum turn key projects.

Civil Engineer:
